What are your contributions to the team?
- Support projects and activities related to key milestones for existing and/or new aircraft platforms;
- Assist cross-functional teams in defining project scope, schedule, and budget inputs;
- Contribute to Engineering Change planning by gathering information and helping coordinate with stakeholders across Bombardier sites in Mexico, Canada, USA;
- Track priorities across projects and support schedule updates and communication;
- Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning and follow-up;
- Assist in preparing budget and resource allocation information;
- Help prepare project status reports for different governance levels of the organization;
- Support Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent working experience, with some interest in project coordination, engineering, manufacturing, and aerospace;
- You have a basic understanding of Program/Project Management processes and principles;
- You have exposure to aircraft technical and/or manufacturing environments, through internships, co-ops, academic projects, or early career experience;
- You demonstrate a professional attitude and strong communication skills: you are fluent in both English and Spanish. French is an asset.
- You have good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to your responsibilities;
- You show initiative, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance;
- You are curious and motivated to grow your technical and project management knowledge;
- You demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound judgment to help move projects forward;
- You have good digital skills.
- Exposure to structural and/or systems development is an asset.
