Job Duties:
- Designing and developing electrical systems and components for aerospace and aviation applications
- Creating detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications are met
- Conducting testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in electrical design within the aerospace or aviation industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practises
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience:
Previous experience in electrical design within the aerospace or aviation industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
- Understanding of regulatory standards and requirements in aerospace and aviation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional certification in electrical design
- Experience with CAD software
Working Conditions:
This role is based in an office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities or client sites. The work may involve some exposure to electrical hazards and require adherence to safety protocols.
