* Schedule: 1st Shift, Part Time (approximately 20 hours per week) Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Aerodynamics, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science
* A minimum of 10 years of full-time aerospace experience in aircraft, avionics, flight controls, propulsion/engine controls, and/or other aircraft electronics
* Experience with Agile and Continuous Delivery Method (CDM) processes
* Experience leading systems and/or software development programs
* Hybrid schedule, 2 days per week onsite
* Must be a US Person for export compliance purposes Preferred Skills
* Military or Commercial Aircrew experience
* Private Pilot License or Flight Instructor certification
* Experience leading geographically diverse teams supporting aircraft upgrades and sustainment Professional Attributes
* Strong technical and analytical capability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to integrate quickly into established engineering teams
* Awareness of business constraints while delivering technical solutions

* Apply interdisciplinary engineering principles to analysis, design, development, testing, verification, and validation of Flight Management Systems and other avionics systems
* Develop new avionics capabilities supporting aircraft upgrades and improvements
* Support system-level integration and testing activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute avionics development initiatives
