The role supports the airline’s operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and environmental performance through a combination of data analytics, performance engineering, and CORSIA compliance activities.The position is responsible for generating actionable reports and dashboards from fuel and operational efficiency platforms such as SkyBreathe, Skywise, and AIMS, enabling continuous monitoring of fuel burn, operational performance, and efficiency trends. These insights support data-driven decision-making across Flight Operations, Performance Engineering, and Fuel Management teams.A key component of the role involves managing CORSIA-related activities, including the calculation of annual offsetting requirements as per CAR/ICAO guidelines, preparation of Annual Emissions Reports (AER), and maintenance of comprehensive compliance records. This includes emissions data, third-party verification reports, and offset purchase and cancellation documentation, ensuring full audit readiness and regulatory compliance.The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Flight Operations, Performance Engineering, Fuel Management, Finance, Sustainability/ESG, and Regulatory Affairs—to ensure effective implementation of environmental compliance requirements and alignment with organizational objectives. It also supports internal and external regulatory audits and inspections related to environmental and operational compliance.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE / B.Tech - Aeronautical / Mechanical / Computer science / Civil or• BSc - Math / Physics / Statistics or• Data scientist / Data analyst• Minimum 3 years

Skill set

• Sound knowledge of MS office tools Including power point for presentation• POWER BI / Tableau / SQL• QGIS / ARC GIS / Terrain Mapping

Key Competencies

• Dashboards, Reports , hand on experience on BI Applicaton• Knowledge of A/C Performance and Air regulations and aeronautical charts aspects.• Knowledge of AIMS / JOC / Rostering system.

Job responsibility

• Generating reports and dashboards from Fuel / ops efficiency software (SkyBreathe / Skywise etc)• Generating reports from AIMS Software.• Calculate annual CORSIA offsetting requirements based on CAR and prepare Annual Emissions Reports (AER)• Maintain comprehensive CORSIA compliance records and documentation, including emissions data, verification reports, offset purchase and cancellation evidence, in line with regulatory retention requirements.• Coordinate cross-functionally with Flight Operations, Performance Engineering, Fuel Management, Finance, Sustainability/ESG, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure consistent and effective CORSIA implementation.• Support internal and external regulatory audits, inspections, and oversight activities related to environmental compliance.• Identification of new Aeronautical Information like AIP Amendment, AIP Supplements, Circulars and implication on RWY performance• Preparation of RTOW charts / Landing charts for ATR/ A320 family Fleet• Obstacle data analysis and assessments based on Type A and Type B charts• Performance Evaluation of new airfields and Preparation of Performance Brief for Charter and schedule operations
