Contract Position
Pay Estimated: $47.62-$52.62/Hour

Active Secret Clearance Required
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the planning of technical test approaches, including resources, schedules, budgets, and equipment requirements.
Develop test and diagnostic programs, test cases, and test procedures across the engineering development lifecycle.
Design and set up test fixtures, custom equipment, and test infrastructure to support formal testing efforts.
Participate in requirements analysis, functional and performance analysis, and integration and verification of systems and test setups.
Create and maintain test documentation (test plans, procedures, reports) and automation scripts in Python, Bash, and C.
Coordinate with procurement and operations to acquire and configure test assets (BOMs, cables, materials, equipment).
Support and execute formal testing events including:
Design Verification Testing (DVT)
Qualification Testing (QT)
Acceptance Testing (AT)
EMI/EMC and Radiation Testing
Work under the guidance of SEIT (Systems Engineering Integration and Test) leads with cross-functional collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams.
Provide task status updates and interface with project leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required at time of hire
Proficient in object-oriented programming, scripting, and test system processes
Experience with tools such as Git/GitLab and test automation environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with test case development, test script creation, and formal test documentation
Hands-on experience in setup and execution of DVT, QT, AT, EMI/EMC, or Radiation Testing
Familiarity with Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) methodologies
Ability to manage medium-complexity test programs with peer and lead oversight
