Flight Dispatcher - Fayetteville, NC

Job Description:

Responsible for day to day scheduling and dispatching CONUS and OCONUS flights.
Responsible for exercising operational flight oversight IAW FAR Part 91 requirements and company guidelines.
Secures landing and over-flight clearances for all domestic and international flight operations.
Responsible for arranging aircraft ground support, fuel, and passenger services at departure, en-route, and recovery locations.
Coordinates customs and immigration at en-route destinations.
Files required flight plans and General Declaration paperwork.
Reviews NOTAMs, weather, and airfield restrictions and operating procedures for all flights under the dispatcher’s control.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma - Required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Aircraft Dispatcher License - Desired
Experience in aircraft operations ie. weather, notams, charts, flight planning etc.
US citizen and valid United States driver's license
TSA Background check - Required
Pre-employment drug screening - Required
Must be willing to work some nights, weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Applicant must be capable of working a flexible in-office schedule with an on-call requirement.
