Boeing Global Services is seeking multiple KC-46 or similar platform KC-46 Product Repair/Mod Tech in direct support of KC-46A Pegasus Integrated Sustainment Program within Boeing Global Services at McGuire AFB, NJ.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
• Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul.
• Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
• Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
• Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
• Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).
• Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
• Oversees training.
• Works under general direction.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes and practices
• Ability to travel 15-25 of the time both domestically and internationally
• Minimum of 3 years experience do you have in reading and interpreting technical publications and/or maintenance manuals
• Minimum of 3 years experience working from heights & using fall protection equipment with weight limitations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with repairing and troubleshooting aircraft structural/composite, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fuel, environmental, and avionics systems
• Experience do you have in avionics troubleshooting

Typical Education/Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years related work, Bachelor, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: 63,750 - 86,250
