Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationAs a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to deliver complementary products to UOPs main product offerings, drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing supplier relationships to achieve business objectives.
In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide effective support to the Business Teams for both Resale products sourced from 3rd party suppliers, and Direct raw materials from UOP plants, ensuring smooth operations from procurement to production. Frequent interface with Customer Service on Demand, Delivery and Goods Receipts.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

COMPENSATION:
- The Salary range for this position is $78K - $117K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with other functions including Customer Service
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, chemistry preferred
