We are seeking a Sr Records Analyst. This person will report directly to the Chief Inspector to provide clerical support to the aircraft records department.

Essential Job Functions:
- Locate, receive, audit, repair, scan or copy, inventory, file, distribute and archive completed aviation related maintenance records generated by the repair station.
- Organize, both physically and electronically, high volumes (tens of thousands) of aviation related maintenance records for 100 accountability.
- Track, scan, retain and recall aviation related maintenance records.
- Use written and verbal communication skills to interface with internal and external customers as well as regulatory authorities in support of special requests.
- Lead Analysts in daily assignments.
- Supports the Chief Inspector in maintaining all record updates & inspection rosters
Marginal Job Functions:
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Inspector
- Will participate in and support safety initiatives, safe work practices and SMS compliance.
- Will participate in safety activities including the following: immediately reporting hazards, unsafe work practices and accidents/injuries.
Qualifications:
Required
- 2 years of clerical experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Paper and Electronic Filing Systems, Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions and written policies/procedures to ensure compliance with applicable company procedures.
- Ensures that all work performed is in compliance with company procedures including but not limited to the FAA accepted RSM/QCM, Standard Operating Procedures and other applicable procedures related to FAA and other regulatory agency requirements.
- Ensure that all work performed is done in a safe manner. Directs activities to protect employees from harm and maintain safe working conditions

- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English with the capability to follow verbal and written instructions.??
SMS REQUIREMENTS
