How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The specialist will be responsible for effectively managing, promoting, reporting updates to internal leadership, and developing strategies to increase usage/performance on three CBP programs: Air Exit, Mobile Passport Control, and Global Entry. Additionally, individual will interact with government agencies, such as CBP, regularly, on Deltas performance and updates to these programs, as well as partner with CBP to launch new technology/processes that will improve these programs and operational performance.Other responsibilities required include: Receive, record, track, trend, analyze, and develop reports on operational performance of TSA checkpoints in Deltas hubs, including the development of strategic, industrial engineering programs to assist these agencies with throughput and operational improvement opportunities. This includes site visits to Delta hubs and focus stations and presenting strategies, improvement opportunities, and facilitating program launches with TSA leadership. Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Bachelors degree required. Three to five years in aviation operations, program manager, industrial engineering or similar background preferred. Should be strongly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of SQL strongly preferred. The ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and provide reliable, high-quality results under stressful situations in a fast-paced environment required. Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of people - both internal and external. Must be performing satisfactorily in current position. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
