We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support our temporary services recruiting teams in identifying, researching, and engaging both active and passive potential candidates across various roles, with a primary focus on corporate aviation flight crew. This position involves utilizing multiple sourcing methods—including online job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and more to find qualified candidates, assess their skills, and facilitate their registration with our company.
This is a temporary assignment ideal for a proactive and resourceful professional. The role is a hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Position can be based in any of the following locations: Teterboro NJ, Burbank CA, or West Palm Beach, FL.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to understand candidate requirements for a variety of roles, with emphasis on corporate aviation flight crew positions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as online job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other digital tools to identify potential candidates.
• Research candidate backgrounds and qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Engage with candidates to encourage registration and participation in our recruitment process. Assist with their onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles
• Provide regular updates to recruiting teams on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
• Adapt sourcing strategies based on feedback and evolving hiring needs.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in candidate sourcing or recruiting, preferably within aviation or related industries, is a plus, but not required.
• Strong proficiency with technology and computer systems, including social media platforms, job boards, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Genuine interest in aviation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Compensation:
The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $25.00-$40.00 per hour. Please note that this range is not a guaranteed offer of compensation. The final houlry pay range will be determined based on factors such as the candidates experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
