OVERVIEW:
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Responsible for the overall go-to-spanet strategy, development, execution and optimization spaneting campaigns for AirAsia Philippines
Develop and execute award-winning and impactful spaneting initiatives and lead product developments for assigned routes
Lead and manage internal and external relationships with different stakeholders
Work closely with regional/local integrated spaneting team, social media, digital spaneting and creative team to ensure timely and effective spaneting executions
Build strong partnerships with brands, companies, and government units and agencies
Analyze and use data and spanet insights to guide business decisions and recommendations
Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention in partnership with CRM, Digital, and Loyalty Rewards team
WHO YOU ARE:
Strong business acumen
Good relationship management and communication skills
Able to work smart
Ability to interpret raw data that can be turned into actionable insights
Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and presentation skills
Shows potential to lead a team in a fast-growing and changing environment
3-5 years of work experience in spaneting or anything related to business management, product development, advertising, and public relations
Experience in the airline industry is a plus
