StandardAero, one of the largest and most successful MRO companies in the world is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our President of Airlines & Fleet and our General Counsel. As a Senior Executive Assistant you will perform a critical function in providing complex administrative support and must represent the Company with a high degree of professionalism and demonstrate independent judgment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Manage a complex calendar that includes scheduling meetings and travel, video conferences, off-site and internal events
- Handle confidential documents, plans and correspondence involving senior management company-wide.
- Drafting correspondence, answering, and screening the senior executive’s phone calls and directing inquiries to the proper party within the team
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and assisting with maintenance of various Excel spreadsheets and other documents as needed
- Acting as a lead on the facilitation and coordination of communications and administrative procedures across the enterprise Finance and Legal teams
- Serving as a first point of contact for the senior executive and developing systems to prioritize the executive’s time and activities
- Work closely with the executive admin team to collectively meet the needs and deliverables of the Executive Leadership Team

Position Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 8+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting senior executives
- Excellent communication and writing skills, including proven attention to detail in composing, preparing and proofing materials and presentation
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
