Boeing Enterprise Services Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) is looking for highly a passionate, collaborative, and people focused Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics Analyst to lead initiatives within the Business Intelligence team.
This critical role will partner and collaborate with organizational leadership to understand business needs and develop innovative solutions that are easily understood to drive strategic decisions that support our mission to deliver simpler, faster, better outcomes for our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker that leverages their strong supply chain process knowledge coupled with technical capability to translate data and insights into a compelling story to drive strategy, action, and decision making across all levels within ISC.

Position Responsibilities:
Develops data solutions end to end, from gathering requirements from business stakeholders to implementation and delivery
Innovates and creates automated and user-friendly reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools that are easily accessible and consumable for both PA teams and senior leaders to help drive category strategies and leadership decision making
Defines and builds key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to measure organizational performance
Stratifies multiple disparate data sets and develops meaningful analysis
Ensures the data quality and integrity of BI solutions is validated
Provides ad-hoc data analysis to support complex business questions and decisions
Manages the Business Intelligence (BI) SQL server database to store and processes data by creating accounts, tables, views, stored procedures and database objects
Develops and maintains internal websites
Builds web forms for data entry and data management to retire flat files and legacy tools
Consolidates and automates existing tools for value capture and savings activities across organization
Stays up to date on industry data, spanet intelligence, and business intelligence trends and tools
Operates with a curious and continuous improvement mindset by constantly looking for opportunities to innovate, create, refine, and optimize solutions with the goal of simpler, faster, better
This position requires up to 10 travel to one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.)
5+ years in a project management role
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
1+ years of experience with SAP
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Basic website coding skills required including HTML, CSS, JS
Ability to synthesize large data sets and provide insight from data
Highly analytical and data driven with data pre-processing and engineering skills
Strong technical problem solving and application development experience
Knowledge of industry standard KPIs and spanet intelligence resources
Strong supply chain experience/background
Strong team collaboration and experience working with cross functional teams
Knowledge or practical experience around process simplification or lean

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $104,550 - $162,150
