Senior Analyst – Revenue Planning & AnalyticsLocation: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience: At least 2 years in Analytics/Data ScienceAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Planning & Analysis team. This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to optimize pricing, inventory, and revenue performance. You will work on predictive modeling, algorithm development, and strategic insights for our in-house Revenue Management System.Key Responsibilities•   Analyze large datasets using statistical models, optimization techniques, and machine learning to uncover trends and insights related to pricing, demand, and revenue.•   Develop and implement predictive models for demand forecasting at leg and OD level, inventory optimization, and pricing strategies.•   Maintain and enhance in-house revenue management system algorithms, UI components, and database structures.•   Perform trend analysis across products, routes, and time horizons to support strategic decisions.•   Establish and monitor KPIs such as Revenue Growth, Load Factor, RASK, and target allocations.•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies.Required Skills•   Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling.•   Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques (predictive modeling, optimization, clustering, etc.).•   Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery for data storage and computation.•   Knowledge of version control systems (Git).•   Good understanding of statistical concepts, economics, and Airline Revenue Management principles.•   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Good to Have•   Experience with Power BI for visualization.•   Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and automation.•   Working knowledge of R programming language.•   Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.Educational QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
