As a Schedule Analyst, here is what you’ll be doing at the core, day to day.
The Schedule Analyst will be responsible for maintaining performance and schedule data pertaining to past, current, and future work for all Commercial Service Centers. He or she will be able to collect data, analyze and report on details to support management and other business units. Strong problem solving and investigation skills will be utilized on a daily basis. Candidate must be able to work proficiently and complete work timely in a fast paced and frequent changing environment. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, a solid attention to detail and be able to effectively work autonomously while also partnering with key stakeholders. This role also requires an individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining details of Master Schedule for the Service Center Network.
- Daily communication and distribution of Master Schedule.
- Maintain and develop various databases for historical and analytical review.
- Maintain and develop various databases and other tools for short-term and long-term forecasting of Customer demands, labor requirements, and facility capacity.
- Create detailed flow charts, reports, and analyses in support of business requirement.
- Frequently prepare business and Customer specific presentations.
- Analysis and recommendations for optimizing schedules to maximize service and quality.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure alignment on forecasting assumptions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Here’s what is required to succeed as a Schedule Analyst.
- Typically, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in aircraft a maintenance planning and scheduling environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in web-based forecasting and maintenance operating software preferred.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, and management.
