We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, and Bells High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.

Recruitment Marketing
Bring your experience and ideas to connect top talent to rewarding careers through digital and traditional marketing channels, serving as a key ambassador for Bell’s employment brand. You’ll collaborate with talent acquisition and communications to craft compelling stories and campaigns that showcase Bell’s culture and employee value proposition (EVP), attracting candidates and building a strong talent pipeline.
What you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist:
Develop and execute campaigns to position Bell as a top employer, leveraging tools such as an applicant tracking system, customer relationship management system, and social media.
Create engaging content, including web design, video, and print collateral.
Manage execution of Bell’s Careers Instagram page
Lead recruitment marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and support events that strengthen Bell’s talent pipeline.
Optimize recruitment strategies using data insights, track ROI, and benchmark tools/vendors to enhance sourcing and candidate experience.
Partner with HR, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and effective recruitment programs.
Provide Talent Acquisition team with tailored content and creative solutions to attract hard-to-find talent.
