Ensure quality tasks and verify the proper application of customer, normative, regulatory and internal requirements (from the receipt until the delivery of parts to the customer).
Ensure that the project meets quality expectations in relation to the budget, contract and KPIs.
Assist in training QMS processes across the Group.
Support the effective Quality interface with Operation.
Participate in daily operational meetings (SR1) and manage Quality KPIs
Analyze non-conformities and coordinate / lead corrective actions to reduce non-conformities (8D management)
Be present during customer spot assessment and if needed follow action plan in production.
Conduct Internal Audits of the Quality Management System and prepare results for presentation to management.
Write and update quality documents (Quality Assurance Plan, Control Plan, Work Instructions...)
Support project teams to comply with customer, normative, internal and regulatory requirements.
Manage calibration of measuring tools.
Write Quality Flashes when issues occur.
Assess the training of operators (new workers or renewal).
Be part in the product/process risk analysis process, in order to identify key characteristics and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Requirements:
Associate’s degree or related experience
3-5 years experience in a similar field
Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office and SAP
Written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Creative problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of management system rules ( ISO 9001, EN 9100, etc.)
Physical Demands:
