Description:Performs AeroCode creation, management, updates and reviews for Property Management related process and procedures in accordance with Corporate Policy, Customer requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Clauses.

Oversees and reports metrics for internal Property Management System Analysis (PMSAs) plans and activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations.

Function as the program integrator for F16 and F22 providing guidance to internal and external customers on Property related tasks and requirements of the applicable contracts. Will processes Rent Free Non Interference Use (RFNIU) and Rent Based Non Interference Use (RBNIU) request for tagged Government assets under F16 and F22 programs contracts working with internal and customer Contracting Officers. Pull reports from the Property Business system Maximo-AMS to meet customer Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) requirements.

Serves as the Business Continuity representative for Property Management maintaining the plans for tasks, requirements and points of contacts in case if emergency and or disaster recovery.

Reviews the Property Management Business system Maximo-AMS for assets associated with Contracts as part of the Contract Closure process.

Performs as a Property Management system administrator for Maximo-AMS providing access at the appropriate permissions level for Lockheed Martin Aero sites.

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and applicable DFARS Clauses, LM Aero policies and procedures related to property management.
• Experience in problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of the different types of contracts (Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, etc.), contract structure and the applicability of terms and conditions on the contractor.
• Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency(DCMA), Defense Contract Audit Agency(DCAA), Department of Defense (DoD), and LM Aero Process Integrity.
• Familiarization with Maximo-AMS, SAP, Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE).
• Strong communications skills written and verbal.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
