Shape the Future of Flight—One Program at a TimePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dynamic Programming Analyst to support a cutting-edge Aircraft Interiors Program. This is your chance to be part of a program from concept to delivery—impacting how airline passengers experience travel around the world.
This high-impact, full-time role is onsite in Everett, WA and plays a central role in the success of development, qualification, and delivery for next-gen aerospace interior systems.
What You’ll Be DoingPartner with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to enhance program outcomes
Drive daily program rhythm—schedule tracking, customer reviews, decision checkpoints
Prepare and manage documentation and data analysis in line with contract and business procedures
Collaborate with production to align priorities and escalate roadblocks
Own risk and opportunity management and coach IPTs through best practices
Deliver on contractual commitments: financial, technical, and schedule goals
Coordinate customer reviews and ensure readiness for all site visits
Apply sound judgment in decision-making, even with incomplete data
Ensure alignment between operations, supply chain, and customer delivery timelines
Organize and lead internal meetings and program reviews
Act as a voice of the customer across stakeholders to deliver outstanding service and value
What You BringRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Program/Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related areas
Experience with financial analysis tools and systems
Strong background in cross-functional team leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Previous leadership of OEM development programs
Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk & Opportunity Management
Experience transitioning programs from development to production
History of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships

Pay Details: $83.53 per hour
