Owner Advocacy Representative
Job Description:
Our Aircraft Owner Service Representative is a member of the Owner Services team and the primary liaison between managed aircraft owners and their representatives. Our daily mission is to understand the expectations of our owners, ensuring all aircraft needs, including operations, personnel, maintenance, insurance, and invoices, are addressed comprehensively and on time. A successful Aircraft Owner Service Representative will develop strong internal and external working relationships and use active listening to ensure aircraft owners remain Silver Air's top priority across the business. The Owner Services team is dynamic, fast-paced, friendly, and always strives to make Silver Air the best in the private jet industry. 

What you'll be doing:
  • Thoroughly document owner requirements and coordinate with Flight Support, Maintenance, and Flight Management regarding client expectations.
  • Partner closely with Accounting and Finance to rectify invoices promptly.
  • Review owner statements and invoicing before aircraft owner approval.
  • Set up maintenance programs and certify accuracy throughout agreement terms.
  • Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems.
  • Address feedback and answer questions of customers regarding services.
  • Identifying inconsistencies and verifying trip notes with actual costs.
  • Tracking and validating of quotes vs. actual costs vs. payments; tracking of comped ancillary fees.
  • Record and report all complete/incomplete work in company management applications.
  • Maintain current fleet aircraft programs such as but not limited to [airframe, avionics, engines, and APU].
    Maintain current fleet aircraft subscriptions such as but not limited to [WIFI, Datalink, Satphone, XM, CAMP].
  • Facilitate the transfer and initiation of programs during the onboarding process of new aircraft.
  • Facilitate the transfer and initiation of subscriptions during the onboarding process of new aircraft.
    Assist with gathering data as required while bringing a new aircraft under management.
  • Provides new and existing customers with the best possible. service concerning billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.
  • Supply owners with information regarding aircraft crew, recruitment updates, personnel issues, leave of absence, compensation discussion, annual training, and opportunities to maintain and increase customer income streams.
  • Provide the highest level of client experience and hospitality.

  • Capacity to build and maintain successful and fruitful internal and external relationships
  • A high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Some aviation experience is preferred 
  • Experience of 2+ years with executive/business jets strongly preferred
  • Experience of 2+ years in sales and/or owner services and/or customer services
  • Solid ability to use standard Microsoft Office productivity software
  • Familiarity with flight operations software a plus, preferably JetInsight
