Methods Process Analyst (Associate or Experienced)
Job Description:

At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. We’re committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that’s welcoming, respectful and inclusive, with great opportunity for professional growth. Find your future with us.

The Industrial Engineering team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Methods Process Analysts (Levels 2, or 3) to join our growing team located in either Everett, Renton, Seattle, or Auburn, Washington, USA.

Position Overview:

As a member of our Methods Process Analyst organization (within the Industrial Engineering job family), you will support a production team or organization that is directly integrated with the Boeing Production System. Methods Process Analysts begin by learning the production build processes within their team while developing an understanding of the standards and procedures of the function. You will help stabilize the production system, implement lean methodologies, assess and perform to rate-readiness requirements, and improve quality through root-cause analysis. Depending on internal and external impacts to the team, you may develop disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis to return to the baseline plan while mitigating impacts to downstream work statements and major milestones.

Candidates will engage directly with our airplane products and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-support organizations. The role requires a self-starter who is also a team player. Team members focus on stabilizing the current production system while planning for future rate changes and the introduction of new derivatives and customers into our build plans.
