Marketing Coordinator (Full Time)

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator | Position Summary Coordinates and assists with the spaneting activities of Piper’s product and business lines, in conjunction with dealer events and projects, including United States and International dealer meetings. Responsible for Records Management within the Marketing, departments. Uses and follows specific spaneting strategies and media (print, broadcast, digital) to launch, distribute, and position products and services under leadership direction. May organize and participate in customer events, including trade shows. Essential Job Functions Coordinate the creation of the annual media schedule and work with spaneting designer to schedule and place advertising accordingly Coordinate with Marketing Manager regarding Company Co-Op advertising. Process quarterly Co-Op Advertising requests and maintain Co-Op database. Review submissions, determine reimbursement and insure timely payment. Assists in the coordination of dealer events and projects, including US and International dealer meetings. Effectively process all invoicing for payment and maintain all vendor records. Record retention within the Marketing departments. This includes communicating to team members on creating, identifying, retaining and disposing of company records to ensure that records retention practices are pursuant to Piper’s policies and procedures. Coordinates customer and prospect visits to the Piper facility, consistently enhancing the customer experience. Performs administrative duties to include, but not limited to, answering the phone, maintaining inventory of office supplies and critical email correspondence. Coordinate all Safety communication and actions for Sales, Marketing and Order and Delivery as needed. Maintain working knowledge of the Piper product line and competitive issues and positioning. Provide back up support for the Pilot Shop when needed. Administer and perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. May be required to train and assist other employees, effectively partnering and collaborating on department and cross-functional organizational initiatives. |
Minimum Position Qualifications | To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Education and Experience Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred |

Travel and overtime are required when necessary. |
