· Possess a positive customer service mindset, prioritizing swift resolution to supplier issues.
· Excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for suppliers.
· Ability to independently resolve supplier issues, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability, and collaborating effectively with the team when necessary.
· Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Efficiently able to manage documents, data, and communication.
· Proven track record of communicating with Bell Suppliers, understanding supplier needs, building relationships, and facilitating effective collaboration.
What you need to be successful
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Management; Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
· 2 years of relevant experience in IT environment using Enterprise systems OR navigating procurement processes and understanding supply chain dynamics.
· Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
