We are seeking an IT & Security Operations Coordinator to help maintain and develop our IT infrastructure and engage with colleagues. This opportunity is ideal for young professionals looking to advance their careers in the technology department. In addition to providing basic IT support, you will be involved in new technology projects and implementations across Comlux Aviation, many of which are related to the ever-evolving SOC field. Professional development is encouraged, and active participation in projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to all Comlux aviation employees
  • IT compliance and SOC analysis
  • Data compliance
  • Employee IT security awareness programs
  • Strong knowledge and experience of public cloud technologies (M365/Azure)
  • Assist in managing the company Phone system
  • Proficient in networking administration
  • Manage software licenses
  • Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Help developing and maintaining internal IT documentation
  • Support new technology projects development
  • Maintaining the internal IT asset register
  • Setup new user accounts and IT equipment (laptop, phones, …)

Skills

  • 2 years of experience in IT support environment (Entry level can be considered based on candidate skills)
  • Understanding of SOC, experience and/or certification is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of public cloud technologies (M365/Azure)
  • Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Switches, Routing, Firewalls and VPN)
  • Experience with MS Windows based systems including MS Server 2016/2019, MS SQL, IIS and Active Directory is a plus
  • Hands-on experience on Microsoft solutions including Windows 10/11, endpoint management solutions (MS Intune, Workspace One) and Microsoft 365
  • Manage service agreements and software licenses
  • Communication Skills – both written and verbal, English proficiency
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Security oriented persona
  • Proactive attitude and curiosity to participate in new projects
