What You Will Do:As a Human Resource Generalist, you’ll work alongside leadership teams to deploy and administer key HR programs, policies, and processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing Integrated HR Solutions: Design and implement HR strategies that meet organizational objectives and support workforce development.
Staffing & Diversity Strategy: Analyze staffing performance and diversity initiatives, providing corrective solutions to drive improvements.
HR Business Partner: Serve as an HR partner to multiple teams, supporting various ET&T organizations across the Puget Sound area.
Employee Investigations: Lead or conduct employee investigations, track and monitor case activities to ensure effective resolution.
Consulting & Coaching: Partner with management to provide staff selection guidance, employee relations consulting, and coaching to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Workforce Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organizational needs.
You will play an essential role in ensuring the success of the HR operations within a top-tier aerospace company.
What You Need to Succeed:Must Have:
10+ Years of HR Experience: Extensive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within a large, multinational organization, ideally in a complex aerospace or manufacturing environment.
Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work autonomously, hit the ground running, and proactively manage multiple HR initiatives with minimal supervision.
Leadership Consultation: Experience working with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support.
Employee Relations & Investigations: Proven track record of leading employee investigations and managing employee relations cases.
