Daher is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our team at our headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing our HRIS systems, with a particular focus on Workday and UKG. You will ensure the smooth functioning, integration, and optimization of these platforms to support our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, a deep understanding of Workday and UKG, and the ability to be part of a team delivering best-in-class HR solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective use of HRIS tools to support HR operations.
- System Management: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and configuration of Workday and UKG to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and security.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HRIS systems and other HR-related tools and systems.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting through Workday and UKG, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for HR process improvements and strategic decision-making. Create and automate reporting for the various internal customers (HR Team, Finance, Operations, IT, etc).
- Compliance: Ensure HRIS systems comply with data privacy regulations and company policies, maintaining data accuracy and security.
- Training and Support: Develop and provide training programs for the HR team to maximize their use of Workday and UKG, and provide ongoing support as needed.
- System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, coordinate with vendors, and manage system upgrades and implementations.

Profile and other information related to the position
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 2-5 years in HRIS management, with specific expertise in Workday HCM and UKG (UltiPro & WFM).
- Prior experience as a team lead within an HRIS department preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows, HR data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
