Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist Team Lead for the F-15 Program reporting to the F-15 Sr. IP&S Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
- Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations, or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.
- Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, program, and support organizations.
- Supports program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products.
- Leads, directs, facilitates, and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
- Provides training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower-level employees.
- Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and training of processes and tools.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role
- 5+ years of experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations
- 5+ years of experience in team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience leading an Integrated Planning & Scheduling team and/or other Integrated Planning & Scheduling team members in the execution of the planning & scheduling responsibilities on a large development program
- Experience with Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules, including the use of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Milestones, Open Plan Professional, etc

This position may require travel up to 10 of the time

Summary pay range Experienced (level 4): $107,950 - $146,050
