We’re looking for a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant to support the VP & GM of Cabin Products and the Sr. Director of Programs in the Interiors Business Unit. Key Responsibilities:As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:
Manage Complex Calendars: Coordinate schedules, anticipate conflicts, and adjust meetings to prioritize the needs of senior executives. You’ll be a go-to person for streamlining calendars across a global organization.
Proactive Email Management: Monitor emails, ensuring high-priority actions are flagged and brought to executive attention swiftly.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders across departments and enterprise levels, ensuring effective meeting coordination and information flow.
Prepare Essential Materials: Assist in creating agendas, briefings, PowerPoints, and spreadsheets for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate Travel: Arrange travel accommodations, both domestic and international, and ensure all logistical details are managed efficiently.
Process Reports: Handle expense reports, invoices, and ensure timely processing in accordance with company policies.
Manage Team Events: Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and virtual or in-person team events. Provide logistical support, including room arrangements, catering, and technology setup.
Maintain Organizational Flow: Ensure all departmental documentation, emails, shared files, and communication platforms are up-to-date and accurate.
Provide Administrative Support: Support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:What You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent 4-5 years of relevant experience, or 8-9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including email and calendar management, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting executives or senior-level leaders in administrative or executive assistant roles.
Proficient in travel booking and expense report management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
