Position Purpose:
Under direct supervision, gathers, organizes and analyzes data to create weekly and monthly schedule plan for the Engineering organization, functional groups, and design teams. Support design teams meet engineering schedule. Responsible for preparing Engineering performance charts and design Engineering schedule plans.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Create schedule plans based on engineering demand, Master Schedule dates and available resources to ensure engineering deliveries meet program objectives.
- Prepare and maintain master and functional schedules within Engineering.
- Work with Engineering group to prepare and develop milestone reports.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of tracking data with various Engineering disciplines, special projects, and other activities, as necessary.
- Analyze data from various Engineering sources and prepare trend analysis or reports to support management with decisions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and Power BI.
