Contract Position
$40.59-$45.10/Hour
Lead and facilitate aerospace manufacturing training by delivering technical instruction, coaching, and compliance-driven curriculum to improve workforce capabilities and support operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct learning needs analysis and define clear, measurable learning objectives.
Develop and deliver training content using varied instructional techniques and formats.
Serve as a subject matter instructor in one or more technical domains: Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.
Lead team or individual coaching sessions to drive performance improvements.
Facilitate training sessions, monitor student progress, and provide performance feedback.
Customize instructional materials, guides, and presentations to suit learner needs.
Emphasize safety protocols and integrate them into all training activities.
Maintain a productive and compliant classroom environment; manage behavioral issues per policy.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend instructional or process improvements.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to qualify additional instructors.
Ensure training delivery adheres to all government, commercial, and regulatory standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and experience (typically 6+ years)
3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support
Background in coaching, technical instruction, or employee development
Proven experience designing or delivering leadership development programs
Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace Manufacturing or Lean Certifications
Hands-on experience with Structural, Seal, Electrical, or Quality Assurance disciplines
