Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Document Controller to join our facilities team in Manchester. The Document Controller will report directly to the Planning Manager and is responsible for performing a variety of analytical, clerical, and decision-making functions that are necessary to assure the smooth running of maintenance inputs and proper day-to-day operations of the business. The role will be based at our Manchester base. There may also be a requirement for domestic travel to fulfil key business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Collecting and Quality Checking of completed job cards within Base Maintenance. Quality Checking of completed Line Maintenance job cards.
Closing of completed job cards within Base Maintenance Work Packages (paper and electronically).
Scanning of Job Cards from both Base and Line Maintenance back to customer and into STS Job Files.
Monitors complete and incomplete job cards within Work Packages for reporting / Quality Checking purposes.
Performs general clerical duties, to include setting up files and entering and collecting computerized data.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organisational skills.
Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word
Well organised and disciplined.
Calm and professional under pressure
Excellent customer relationship skills
Effective communicator both verbal and written.
Supports others to achieve individual and company objectives.

Willing to work a Shift System
