About the role
We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our quickly growing Digital Marketing team as a Digital Innovation Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the digital spaneting strategy in alignment with QRs vision.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
- Manage planning, implementation and execution of the digital spaneting plan and ensure that every activity is in alignment with its set objectives and KPls
- Manage the proper budget for each digital exercise, monitor progress, ensure adherence to approved procurement guidelines and evaluate performance and return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor campaign performance and digital initiatives utilizing Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
- Conduct competitive landscaping on quarterly basis and assess competitive positioning status as part of the support in developing the airline digital and innovation strategy
- Manage and supervise customers engagement programs that are aiming to strengthen the equity of Qatar Airways, drive peak visits to the website and optimize customers online experience
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from concept development to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Assess customer experiences and develop value-added digital ideas to differentiate the airlines offer and attract new passenger acquisition
- Manage all digital initiatives and efforts constructively to optimize Return on Investment (ROI)
- Implement the Corporate digital brand guidelines across all digital spaneting activities and seek necessary approvals from Manager and VP
- Assist QR subsidiaries in executing their digital spaneting requirements up to the standards of Qatar Airways

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of job-related experience OR Bachelors Degree or without prior experience for Qatari Nationals
- Strong understanding of the recent spaneting research trends and environments
- Proper understanding of broad spaneting & consumers research concepts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination among stakeholders
- Effective consumer-research methodology development, deployment and assessment
- Previous experience working in research, spaneting or a media agency
- Travel industry experience or prior airline experience is an advantage.
