Description: Lockheed Martins Missiles and Fire Control business is experiencing growth at our campus in Westford, MA. What You Will Be Doing
1. Responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing engineering change process data.
2. Manage and maintain dashboard of engineering change measurements such as but not limited to workflow cycle time, trends, averages, burndown rates and process improvement opportunities.
3. Merge change data from various systems to one central dashboard for performance and improvement evaluation for the engineering organization in Westford, MA.
4. Review engineering drawings, parts list, specifications and other design and development documents for accuracy, completeness and adherence to policies and procedures.
5. Mine, process, and summarize data
6. Manage the quality assurance of data scraping, query databases for stakeholder requests.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Computer Engineering, or similar majors.
- Ability to review or check engineering drawings, part list, and/or specification, engineering document review, etc.
- Experience with data evaluations, trends, mining, and analysis, data metrics.
- Ability to obtain DoD clearance.
Desired Skills:
-Familiar with programming (Python, BASH, Peril) and scripting (JAVA).
- Experience presenting engineering data to customers, technical, and/or non-technical audiences.
- Familiar with configuration management.
- Prior Lockheed Martin experience is highly desired.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
