Position Summary:
Provides customer information and sells NAC products both on the phone and in person Quotes rates. First line leader for customer service agents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working lead responsible for performing all assigned tasks while being the first line of supervision for Customer Service Agents.
Provides leadership to Customer Service Agents and insures employees are always working in a safe and productive manner.
Provides customer information and sells NAC products both on the phone and in person.
Quotes rate, executes air bills, tracks shipments, and arranges pick up or delivery of freight.
Handles cash shipments and maintains a balanced cash drawer.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Must be able to interact well with customers.
- Must be able to type accurately and use a ten key.
- Regular attendance and shift work is required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment.
