In this role you will ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our passengers.

Place of work is Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and we are now offering 60 positions.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Experience in a customer service role within service/travel industry.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with peers during unsociable hours

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting passengers to check-in & send bags via self-service equipment or traditional check-in desks.
  • Ensuring all documentation for the passenger’s journey is correct and in order.
  • Boarding passengers at the gate ensuring the company’s boarding and baggage policy is strictly adhered to while ensuring tasks are complete so departure times are met.
  • Collecting ancillary revenue at check-in and gate.
  • Opening and handling of passenger baggage irregularities files.
  • Monitoring arrivals belts and sending short-shipped baggage to required destination as early as possible.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, e.g. sharing improvement ideas and help implementing solutions.
  • Supporting colleagues by sharing best practices and helping them when needed.
  • This job description is not limiting in comparison to other duties, as the Company may consider other duties appropriate to post the position on a permanent or temporary basis.
  • Based at CPH Airport but some travel may be required to support operations around the network.
