Join our new E-Commerce & Digital Channels team as a Business Analyst and contribute to shaping the future of our innovative digital offer.
We&39;re looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to translate our customer’s aspirations into concrete business needs and requirements within our digital channels. This is close collaboration with our different commercial and operational teams.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our customers facing and operational teams and especially our digital organization. You will be a key member of the team translating business requirements into solution and follow it through to implementation.
You&39;ll be working at our headquarters in Amager, Copenhagen, as part of a dynamic international team, contributing to the future of our cutting-edge platform.
Your responsibilities with our new E-Commerce & Digital Channels team are characterized by:
Be the focal point for collecting and analyzing business requirements related to improvements on Satair’s e-Commerce solutions
Document the business requirements from the organisation both for digital as well as for ‘back-bone’ needs in close cooperation with business and digital/IT stakeholders
Recommending upgrades and solutions to e-Commerce solutions from a commercial point of view
Coordinating communication between e-Commerce, Digital & IT and other departments
Work closely with the Business, Digital & IT to ensure the right prioritisation of business requirements into the development funnel
Creating and Overseeing changes across e-Commerce solutions
Continuously Identifying business risks in current and proposed e-Commerce solutions
Travel 10-15 days per year for business needs.
We believe you should bring the contribution of:
Minimum a Bachelor&39;s degree in in Marketing, Digital or Business
Experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or e-commerce environment.
Experience working with tools like Jira or other Agile project management tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in project management is a plus.
Strong analytics skills for both business requirement assessment as well as translating these into process and ways of working
Experience in coordinating multiple activities and projects in parallel and with a good degree of autonomy
Advanced skills in the use of spreadsheets, slides creation
Business acumen
