ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

Responsible for supporting the commercial management of business opportunities across the full opportunity and proposal lifecycle, as part of the Commercial Management Team dedicated to the C&DE portfolio.

The role plays an active part within the Bid Team, contributing to the development of commercially sound, competitive, and compliant proposals by shaping pricing, commercial assumptions, and overall deal structure, in line with customer requirements and SITA’s corporate and governance guidelines

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and execute deal strategies for complex, renewal, and new business opportunities.
  • Define deal structure, pricing, and competitive positioning in collaboration with Sales and Business Development.
  • Prepare and analyze commercial proposals for management review.
  • Assess financial, contractual, regulatory, delivery, and lifecycle impacts of deals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and meet customer requirements.
  • Support the bid project plan and contribute to proposal development as part of the Bid Team.
  • Consolidate inputs from partners, subcontractors, and third parties into the proposal.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including pricing, capex, and cash flow analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, bid processes, and approval frameworks.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

  • B. A. or equivalent professional qualifications in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Legal
  • At least 2 years of commercial, pricing, bid or proposal experience with project management abilities.
  • Must have sound understanding in Sales Cycles, Proposal Management, Business Development and Account Management
  • Experience in aviation industry or IT is a plus.
  • Relevant understanding of the airport and/or airline operation is an advantage.
  • Ability in developing successful relationships at Senior Manager level.
