Job Description:

Purpose of Position
The Auditor will be responsible for assessing internal and external maintenance providers for NetJets, Inc. using checklists as set out by government regulations, industry best standards and internal policies.The Auditor works with the maintenance providers on corrective action plans when required.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Act as an information conduit to bring non-conformance and/or non-compliance findings, discovered during maintenance audits, to the attention of maintenance providers, agents of NetJets and regulatory agencies.
Investigate internal and external nonconformance issues via a root-cause corrective action process.
Review, analyze, recommend, and approve corrective action plans for audit discrepancies, findings, non-conformities, and negative trends.
Builds and maintains an excellent working relationship with the appropriate government agencies, industry professionals and maintenance vendors.
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes to conform to established standards.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
Three or more years aviation maintenance related experience.
Two years experience handling multiple simultaneous assignments with minimal supervision and in coordinating activities with various levels of management.
Eighteen (18) months experience working in an aircraft maintenance Quality Assurance capacity.
Demonstrated experience in conducting data analysis through report generation identifying trends and insights.
Previous experience driving continuous improvement to enhance quality within or between maintenance organizations.
Auditing and surveillance training.
Strong PC skills including but not exclusive to: MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, as well as reporting software Business Intelligence, Tableau, and SAS.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
