The Customer Engagement & Loyalty (CE&L) team is central to building customer relationships, driving engagement, and creating experiences that strengthen Delta’s brand and value proposition.As an Analyst, you will support initiatives across CE&L that deepen member engagement, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. You will collaborate across Delta’s commercial teams to analyze data, support campaign execution, and contribute to strategies that make Delta the world’s most customer-centric airline.Responsibilities: Support development, execution, and measurement of spaneting campaigns, promotions, and customer initiatives across CE&L.Conduct data analysis to evaluate program performance, track loyalty trends, and identify actionable insights.Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Revenue Management to align efforts and deliver results.Contribute to ongoing innovation, customer engagement, and loyalty-building efforts across multiple CE&L teams.
