Job Description:As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their travel experience is smooth from check-in to departure. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the lounge, verifying documents, screening baggage, and performing valet duties. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a seamless check-in experience for customers.
- Keep the lounge well-maintained and stocked with amenities.
- Ensure all customer documents are properly vetted.
- Screen all baggage thoroughly.
- Evaluate customers fitness to fly.
- Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles; assist customers during arrival and departure.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance and appearance standards.
Skills:- Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Diligent in verifying documents and screening baggage.
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and engaging in physical activities such as bending, reaching, and prolonged standing.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
