• Customer Check-In: Create a welcoming and effortless check-in experience for our valued customers.
• Lounge Maintenance: Keep our luxurious lounge pristine and fully stocked with amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for our clients.
• Document Verification: Meticulously verify customer documents to ensure a smooth travel process.
• Baggage Screening: Ensure all baggage is thoroughly screened for a safe journey.
• Fitness Assessment: Assess customers fitness to fly, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Valet Duties: Provide exceptional valet service by driving, parking, and retrieving customer vehicles, and assisting them during arrival and departure.
• Performance Standards: Uphold high standards of punctuality, attendance, and appearance.

• Customer Service Orientation: A strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in verifying documents and screening baggage.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 75lbs and engaging in physical activities such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.

• Previous experience in aviation customer service.
• Experience with luggage service.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic airport environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
