JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Department: OSC Hangar
Reports To: Managing Director, OSC MX Operations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Managing Director and Director of OSC Base Maintenance with daily office duties.
- Maintain maintenance personnel files.
- Track the OSC personnel while away from home base.
- Assist with completing and submitting various employee forms, including HR. All New Hire/ Term/ Resignation, etc.
- Order office supplies through OSC Parts Request, for several departments when requested.
- Various clerical duties, including but not limited to filing, typing, scanning, and emailing.
- Additional duties or projects that are assigned by the Managing Director and Director of OSC Base Maintenance
- Submit Invoices, Check/ Wire Requests, and other miscellaneous tasks.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Have at least 2 years experience in office administration.
- Highschool Graduate
- Valid Drivers License
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read, write, and understand spoken and written English.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using calculators.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- MISA and AMOS experience.
