Job Summary:
A Crew Controller is responsible for managing and coordinating flight crew schedules to ensure compliance with regulations and operational efficiency. The Crew Controller ensures that flight and cabin crew schedules are optimized and compliant with aviation regulations, airline policies, and operational needs. This role involves real-time problem-solving, handling disruptions, and maintaining crew availability for safe and efficient flight operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage flight crew and cabin crew rosters in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with duty time limitations, rest requirements, and aviation regulations (EASA).
- React to operational disruptions (e.g., ad-hoc flights, crew sickness) and implement solutions such as crew swaps or reassignments.
- Communicate with pilots, cabin crew, and other operational departments to coordinate crew movements.
- Manage standby crew utilization and ensure coverage for last-minute changes.
- Maintain accurate records of crew duty, flight hours, and any regulatory reports.
- Work with Flight Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Success to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide support for crew, including positioning flights, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a VIP aircraft management and charter environment, with worldwide flight operations.
- Familiarity with flight and duty time limitations.
- Experience in crew training management.
- Experience in crew travel and crew visa processes.
- Familiarity with aircraft performance (preferably with wide-bodied aircraft), international regulations, EASA rules, operations manual (OM), and flight entry requirements.
- Proactive with strong organizing skills, team-oriented, and a flexible approach.
- Ability to provide solid results under high pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written); additional languages are preferred.
- Proficiency in IT skills and experience with MS Office applications.
